GTC International Logistics Co. Ltd is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the logistics sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies while identifying new business opportunities to expand our customer base. The office is located in Dar es Salaam at Mtaa wa Sikukuu & Narung’ombe, opposite Tropical Hotel.
Key responsibilities include leading, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve targets and coordinating with operations to ensure smooth service delivery. You will also be responsible for preparing sales reports and forecasts. Salary is competitive and based on experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in logistics or freight industry
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Experience in identifying new business opportunities
Capability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team
Competency in preparing detailed sales reports and forecasts
