This role involves direct outreach to potential clients, presenting our logistics services, and closing sales to help expand our market footprint. We are looking for individuals who are target-oriented and possess strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with customers. Salary is competitive and based on experience.
The salesperson is required to bring their own customer contacts to the role to ensure immediate impact. You will work under the guidance of the Sales Manager to implement strategies and coordinate with operations to ensure client satisfaction. The position is located at Mtaa wa Sikukuu and Narung'ombe in Dar es Salaam.

Key Requirements
Relevant Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into active business accounts.
Must possess and bring an existing portfolio of customer contacts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch services.
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing sales team.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client rapport.
Competency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
Self-motivated personality with a drive to exceed monthly sales targets.
Knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry in Tanzania.
