AFFILIATE MANAGER @ GREENBET PARTNERS
Join our team as an Affiliate Manager for Tanzania, where you will lead our efforts to build a strong network of Revenue Share partners. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding affiliates who can deliver high-quality traffic and align with our brand goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the Tanzanian market and the ability to manage complex partner relationships. You will work closely with affiliates to optimize their performance and ensure long-term success on our RS model. This role offers the opportunity to drive significant growth in a key market while being rewarded with performance-based bonuses. You will be the main point of contact for local partners, providing them with guidance and strategic insights. We are looking for someone who can work independently and deliver measurable results.
Key Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in affiliate management or business development.
In-depth knowledge of the Tanzanian iGaming and marketing sectors.
Demonstrated ability to build and scale partner networks on a Revenue Share model.
Strong network of local partners and affiliate contacts in Tanzania.
Expertise in negotiating and closing high-value partnership deals.
Strong analytical skills to monitor partner performance and ROI.
Self-motivated and able to work in a remote and fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Swahili is highly preferred.
Experience with affiliate tracking technology and data reporting.
Commitment to delivering high-quality partner management and support.
