HR AND ADMIN OFFICER @ GREAT LAKES FREIGHT
Great Lakes Freight is currently seeking a dedicated HR and Admin Officer to support our HR Manager in handling daily human resources and administrative tasks. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of administrative processes, maintain accurate employee records, and assist in various personnel-related activities. This is a vital position that helps bridge the gap between management and employees through efficient administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have a background in HR administration with a proven track record of 2 to 3 years. The budget range for this position is 800k - 1500k per month, depending on the level of experience and professional skills brought to the team. This role requires a high degree of organization and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all HR matters.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Proven ability to assist HR managers with daily administrative duties.
Strong understanding of HR principles and administrative procedures.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
Familiarity with local labor laws and employment regulations in Tanzania.
Detail-oriented approach to maintaining employee files and documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
