Key Requirements
Experience in the hospitality industry (preferably)
2 years experience as a supervisor
Confident in English communication
Ability to supervise staff and delegate tasks effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Conflict resolution skills and problem-solving
Basic reporting and administrative tasks
Focus on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
