CREATIVE DIRECTOR/CONTENT CREATOR @ GONDWE BESPOKE
GONDWE BESPOKE is seeking a talented and visionary Creative Director/Content Creator to shape our brand's aesthetic and voice in Tanzania. This role is central to developing compelling visual and written content that captivates our audience and reinforces our brand identity across all platforms. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns, from photography and videography to graphic design and copywriting, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong grasp of current trends, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into impactful creative outputs.The Creative Director/Content Creator will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure all content aligns with our brand's values and resonates with our target market. Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative director or content creator role, preferably in the fashion/textile industry.
Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certificate holder in Graphic Design, Fashion, Marketing, or a creative arts field.
Age between 25 and 33 years.
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work, including visual content and written pieces.
Background in product development and visual merchandising is a plus.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey brand messages effectively.
Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
Ability to conceptualize, design, and produce engaging content for various digital platforms and marketing materials.
Strong understanding of current fashion trends, aesthetics, and brand identity development.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership over creative projects.
