Key Requirements
Manage end-to-end real estate development projects
Structure funding, investment, and capital stack solutions
Conduct feasibility studies, valuations, and market analysis
Coordinate construction, design, and stakeholder teams
Work with investors, developers, and financial partners
Experience in the UK real estate and property market
Strong background in project management and delivery
Ability to handle complex property development consultancy
Knowledge of local planning and urban development regulations
High level of proficiency in financial modeling for real estate
