REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (SOUTH-EAST) @ GIVANAS COSMETICS
Givanas Cosmetics is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations within the South-East region of Nigeria. This role involves overseeing regional sales performance, managing key distributor relationships, and driving market penetration for our personal care and home care product lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing regional sales strategies that align with corporate objectives and ensuring consistent growth across all territories in the region.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 8 years relevant sales experience in the FMCG sector.
Strong background in Personal Care or Home Care products is highly preferred.
Proven experience in a regional or territory management role with a track record of success.
In-depth knowledge of the South-East Nigeria market and consumer behavior.
Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and scale distributor and dealer networks.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for high-level stakeholder management.
Proficiency in sales reporting and data analysis to drive regional decision-making.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Ability to travel extensively within the South-East region to monitor operations.
