PLANNING MANAGER @ GINCO CONTRACTING CO. LLC
We are looking for a Planning Manager with over 10 years of specialized experience to lead our planning department in Sharjah. The candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive project schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying potential delays. You will utilize advanced planning software to create baseline schedules and provide regular updates to senior management.
As a Planning Manager, you will also be involved in forensic planning and delay analysis to support commercial claims. You will coordinate with various project teams to ensure that all activities are aligned with the master schedule and suggest corrective actions when necessary. This role requires a strategic thinker who can anticipate project needs and maintain clear visibility on project timelines.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction planning
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field
Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
Strong understanding of the Critical Path Method (CPM)
Experience in developing detailed work breakdown structures (WBS)
Proven ability to perform EOT (Extension of Time) and delay analysis
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Ability to coordinate with site engineers and project managers
Experience in resource and cost loading of schedules
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate schedule risks
