SENIOR ACCOUNTANT / FINANCE & BUSINESS ADVISORY MANAGER @ GIGCONSULT
We are seeking a highly qualified and commercially minded Senior Accountant / Finance & Business Advisory Manager to lead our accounting, financial management, payroll, and financial planning functions. This position goes beyond traditional accounting; we need a strategic partner who understands taxation, investments, risk management, and business advisory to provide sound guidance to our senior management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing full-cycle accounting, ensuring statutory compliance, managing budgets and cash flow, and driving business growth through deep financial insight. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening financial controls, evaluating investment opportunities, and optimizing costs. We are looking for someone who can translate complex financial data into practical strategies that directly impact our business decisions and profitability.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
7–10 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, preferably in a senior role.
Strong experience in accounting, payroll, taxation, budgeting, financial reporting and audit.
Experience in investment analysis, financial planning and business advisory is highly desirable.
Strong Excel and accounting/ERP systems knowledge.
Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and provide strategic advice to senior management.
Proven track record in driving business growth through commercial financial insight.
