Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a commercial kitchen
Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional training
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Ability to create, test, and manage diverse menus
Proficiency in various cooking techniques and international cuisines
Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor kitchen staff
Ability to work under pressure in a busy and hot environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of cost control, portioning, and inventory management
Creativity in food presentation and innovative recipe development
