Genesis Schools is currently seeking a professional and welcoming School Receptionist to manage front office operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students. This role is critical in maintaining the school's professional image and ensuring that all inquiries are handled with the utmost care and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing communications, coordinating administrative tasks, and providing high-quality customer service within the school environment. The role involves coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining school records, and assisting the management with daily operational requirements. Ideal candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the school's values effectively. Work location is at the Head Office in Oysterbay, Dar es Salaam.
Key Requirements
Age 35 years and above
Diploma in Secretarial Studies or a related field
Customer Care certification
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office
Experience in a school environment is an added advantage
Ability to manage front office operations efficiently
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professionalism and high level of integrity
Willingness to deliver excellent customer care at all times
