Gari.com is looking for an Administrator to join our Mbezi Beach team. This role is pivotal in managing our reception area, providing excellent customer service, and handling administrative tasks such as job cards and payments. You will be the face of the company, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and their needs are addressed efficiently. In addition to front-desk duties, you will manage our daily social media content to engage with our community and promote our services.

We are looking for a tech-savvy individual who can learn ERP systems quickly and communicate effectively in both Swahili and English. This is a great opportunity for an organized and honest professional to grow in the automotive service industry. Your role will bridge the gap between administrative excellence and digital presence, helping Gari.com maintain its reputation as a customer-focused automotive fitment centre.

Key Requirements

Diploma/certificate in Business Administration, Communication, or related field Strong Swahili & English communication skills Basic social media/content creation skills Computer literate and able to learn ERP systems quickly Organised, honest, and customer-focused Ability to manage multiple phone lines and customer inquiries simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in managing petty cash and basic bookkeeping tasks Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred
