HR (1 POSITION) @ G GARDEN AND GRILL
G Garden and Grill is a hospitality and dining establishment located in Dodoma, currently looking for a professional Human Resources (HR) officer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to interviewing and onboarding new staff members to ensure the team remains efficient and well-motivated. You will also manage staff records, payroll processing, and ensure that all operations are in full compliance with Tanzanian labor laws and internal company policies.

You will work closely with other department heads to identify training needs and implement professional development programs. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an HR role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian Labor Laws and Employment Acts.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word for reporting.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidential employee records.
Experience in managing payroll systems and statutory contributions like NSSF and WCF.
Proven ability to handle conflict resolution and employee disciplinary procedures.
Ability to develop and implement HR policies and staff performance appraisal systems.
High level of professional integrity and a results-oriented mindset.
