Forest Travels is seeking a highly experienced Travel Consultant to join our growing Tanzania branch. The successful candidate will focus on managing and handling a wide array of travel services spanning across Tanzania, East Africa, and various international destinations. You will be responsible for creating memorable travel experiences for our clients while maintaining the high standards of service our brand is known for.
This role involves managing client inquiries, processing complex bookings, and ensuring high accuracy in all documentation. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate about the travel industry and capable of contributing to our expansion in the East African market. Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role
Strong communication and sales skills
Proficiency in English
Knowledge of GDS travel booking systems
Ability to manage client inquiries and bookings accurately
Customer service orientation and after-sales support
Knowledge of Tanzania, East Africa, and international tourism products
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in office software
