Forest Travels is seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Branch Manager to lead our Tanzania branch. This leadership role is designed for a professional who can oversee daily operations, manage a team of consultants, and drive business growth within the Tanzanian, East African, and international travel markets.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for setting branch goals, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in the travel industry who possesses the strategic vision to elevate our Tanzania branch to new heights. You will provide mentorship to staff and ensure that the agency meets its performance and sales targets consistently.

Extensive experience in the travel industry at a management level

Proficiency in English and preferably a local language
