JUNIOR HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER @ FMS TRANSPORT
This role is for a Junior Human Resource Officer at fms transport. Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource or other related field
Strong communication skills
At least two years of experience in HR
Proficiency in HR software and systems
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Tanzania
Ability to handle confidential information
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes
