SALES OFFICERS (15 POSTS) @ FINCA
Finca is seeking dedicated Sales Officers to drive client growth and foster strong relationships within the community. This pivotal role involves opening accounts for new customers, as well as developing, managing, and maintaining a profitable portfolio for both savings and credit clients. Sales Officers are crucial in expanding Finca's reach and ensuring clients receive excellent service.
The core responsibilities of this role include conducting proactive sales drives and effectively explaining FINCA's diverse range of products and services to both potential and existing clients. Successful candidates will be responsible for opening accounts for savers and loan clients, either in the field or at a branch location. They will also collaborate with Branch Managers to develop daily, weekly, and monthly action plans focused on expanding the client base, increasing loan disbursements, and growing savings accounts, all while building and managing profitable relationships aligned with individual performance goals. Additionally, Sales Officers will market all FINCA products and services using approved promotional tools and mechanisms.
Further duties involve submitting quality loan applications to the credit department, actively managing client relationships, and understanding customer needs to propose effective solutions for their challenges. Sales Officers will ensure clients have convenient access to banking services by establishing and promoting Agencies and other alternative delivery channels that offer quality and reliable services. They will also be responsible for preparing and presenting comprehensive sales and performance reports to the Branch Manager and ensuring all customer documentation is meticulously managed and organized.

Key Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business related studies, Social Studies, Community Development, Finance, Economics or any other relevant field
Working in a client-facing sales role, in educational profession or in agricultural field is highly desired
Basic mathematics and analytical skills are required
Proficiency in writing, reading comprehension, and strong attention to details
Strong customer orientation and ability to build rapport
Experience in Micro Lending is an added advantage
Ability to conduct effective sales drives and clearly explain financial products
Skill in opening new client accounts and managing existing portfolios
Capacity to develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly action plans
Experience in preparing and presenting sales and performance reports
