The Branch Manager at FINCA Microfinance Bank Tanzania's Njombe Cashless Branch is a leadership position responsible for driving significant business growth, ensuring profitability, and overseeing all operational aspects of the branch. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Banking, Management, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
Minimum 5 years of banking or microfinance experience.
Computer literacy.
Proven ability to drive business growth, deposit mobilization, and agent network expansion.
Experience in leading branch staff to achieve business targets.
Strong understanding of efficient branch operations and customer satisfaction principles.
Expertise in maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in monitoring branch performance, financial results, and expenses.
Skills in preparing branch reports and responding effectively to audit findings.
