Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Risk Management.
Professional insurance qualification (e.g., ACII, Dip CII, or equivalent).
Active registration with the relevant insurance regulatory authority.
Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in medical insurance brokerage or health insurance.
Proven track record in managing corporate medical insurance portfolios.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding ambitious sales and business development targets.
Strong negotiation skills with both insurance underwriters and healthcare providers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage high-level client relations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex insurance risks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard insurance management software.
