Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or Strategic Management
Master's Degree (MBA) or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience
At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
Proven expertise in managing multi-business operations
Strong understanding of operational efficiency and cost management
Experience in budget adherence and financial oversight
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth
Advanced communication and team management skills
Proficiency in client retention strategies and business development
