PLANT MANAGER @ FALCON SERVICES
The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, scheduling, and production planning to ensure seamless facility performance. This role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, quality, and stores, to meet organizational goals. The manager will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track machine utilization, downtime, and losses, reporting directly to senior management.
In addition to operational oversight, the Plant Manager is tasked with ensuring the consistent achievement of production, efficiency, and quality targets. This role also involves strengthening standard operating procedures (SOPs) and enhancing existing plant management systems. The position offers a monthly salary range of TZS 4,680,000 to 6,500,000, plus a monthly food allowance of TZS 260,000, and includes free accommodation.

Key Requirements
Strong, hands-on manufacturing or plant leadership experience.
Prior experience in FMCG, beverage, or industrial manufacturing environments.
Proven track record in plant operational management.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional departments (production, maintenance, quality).
Expertise in monitoring machine utilization and production efficiency.
Experience in developing and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Proficient in tracking plant KPIs and reporting to senior management.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in an industrial setting.
Demonstrated ability to meet production and quality targets consistently.
Effective team management and scheduling capabilities.
