GENERAL MANAGER @ FALCON SERVICES
The General Manager will provide overall leadership and management of company operations to ensure the business meets its strategic objectives. This role involves developing and executing annual operating and strategic business plans while overseeing diverse departments including production, procurement, inventory, maintenance, quality, and administration. You will work closely with board directors on expansion, strategy, and investments to drive long-term growth.
Furthermore, the General Manager is responsible for driving cost control, improving overall productivity, and ensuring bottom-line profitability. The position offers a monthly salary range of TZS 5,200,000 to 6,500,000, plus a monthly food allowance of TZS 260,000, and includes free accommodation.

Key Requirements
Strong, hands-on manufacturing or plant leadership experience.
Prior experience in FMCG, beverage, or industrial manufacturing environments.
Proven track record in full operational management.
Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical skills for financial and operational reporting.
Proficiency in overseeing procurement, inventory, and production cycles.
Experience working with board directors on expansion and investment.
Deep understanding of cost control and profitability drivers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
