SALES MANAGER @ EXTRA CO INDUSTRIES
Extra Co Industries is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development and client acquisition for our Structural Steel Division based in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading sales growth, managing high-value key accounts, and navigating the complexities of the UAE's industrial and construction markets. This role requires a strategic leader who can identify new project opportunities and establish long-term partnerships with major stakeholders in the region.
In addition to driving revenue, the Sales Manager will oversee the complete sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation to final contract negotiation. You will work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure client requirements are met with precision. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 15 years of UAE experience in the structural steel sector
Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage key accounts
Strong market understanding and industrial landscape knowledge
Excellent negotiation skills and deal-closing capabilities
Proven leadership capability to manage and motivate sales teams
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English
In-depth understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection processes
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region
