Experience Educate is expanding our recruitment team in Dar es Salaam and is looking for a qualified Recruitment Consultant. The ideal candidate will have approximately four years of relevant experience in recruitment and a strong desire to contribute to our talent acquisition success. As a consultant, you will handle the complete recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to final candidate selection. You will play a key role in building professional networks and ensuring that Experience Educate attracts the best talent. Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience within a recruitment role
Proven ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously
Strong understanding of the local job market in Dar es Salaam
Excellent skills in screening and assessing candidates
Ability to foster relationships with both clients and applicants
Strong technical skills for managing digital recruitment tools
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
