IT INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATOR @ EXIM BANK
Exim Bank is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Administrator to join the Corporate & Institutional Banking department. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Transactional Banking and play a pivotal role in driving the bank's IT infrastructure modernization, ensuring platform reliability, enhancing security posture, and enabling business continuity through best-practice architecture and operational governance.
The role involves hands-on technical administration and optimization of the organization's IT and Cloud Infrastructure environments. You will be responsible for managing Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud setups, while driving automation and implementing infrastructure security controls to support the bank's digital transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT/MIS or equivalent field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in enterprise Microsoft infrastructure administration.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environment management.
Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and Azure CLI for automation.
Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMWare, KVM, or Hyper-V.
Solid understanding of SAN storage technologies and NetApp systems.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, Terraform, and RedHat Ansible.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure, Windows Server) are highly preferred.
Ability to manage incident response, disaster recovery, and system backups according to bank policy.
