BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD @ EXECUTIVE CAREER CONSULTANT
We are seeking a Business Development Lead to expand our presence in the Netherlands. You will identify new market opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and lead initiatives to drive revenue and market share growth. This role is essential for our vision of global expansion and requires a proactive individual with a strong background in international business development. You will work with a diverse team of professionals to execute growth strategies tailored to the local market. Salary range: $80,000 – $150,000 USD equivalent (localized). In addition to a competitive salary, we offer performance-based bonuses, comprehensive health plans, and generous vacation time. We support our employees' professional growth with a $5,000 annual budget for workshops, certifications, and courses. This role may offer remote or hybrid options depending on the candidate's location within the Netherlands.
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in business development or sales leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluent English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
Authorization to work in the Netherlands.
Proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
