Key Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Sales department.
Previous professional experience specifically within the Food and Beverage industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
In-depth knowledge of the Dar es Salaam market and consumer base.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
Proficiency in sales reporting and data entry into CRM systems.
Strong negotiation skills to close deals with distributors and retailers.
Must be willing to perform field visits and travel within the region.
A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
