Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes in Tanzania.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to influence retailers and wholesalers.
Ability to work independently and spend significant time in the field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and data management.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the city.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints.
Effective time management skills to cover designated market territories.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
