The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our organization through diligent bookkeeping and analysis.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
2–3 years of relevant work experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Good analytical and communication skills
Must be willing to relocate to Morogoro
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional integrity
Understanding of local tax regulations and compliance
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
