Evans Autotravel Company Limited, a prominent distributor of SMARTEFD products, is seeking dedicated and high-performing individuals to join their team as Zonal Sales Managers. This leadership role is designed for professionals who can effectively manage sales operations and drive growth within assigned territories. In addition to operational management, the Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients and agents, acting as the primary point of contact for the zone. Key Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in sales roles. Previous experience in FMCG or technology product sales is an added advantage. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management. Proven negotiation skills to close deals and expand market reach. Must be target-driven and results-oriented to meet and exceed monthly sales goals. In-depth knowledge of the Mbeya or Mwanza local markets. Ability to develop and implement innovative strategies to increase SMARTEFD product sales. Proficiency in preparing and submitting detailed sales and activity reports to senior management.
