The Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) is an intergovernmental regional organization mandated to build leadership and management capacity in Eastern and Southern Africa through training, research, consultancy, and policy advisory services. We are currently offering a paid internship opportunity for an Office Administration Graduate Intern at our Dar es Salaam office in Tanzania. This role is specifically designed for a graduate with an accounting background to support our administrative and financial functions.
The successful intern will assist in daily office operations, document management, and basic accounting tasks. Key responsibilities include coordinating office activities, maintaining records, and utilizing MS Office applications for various reports. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a reputable international organization and develop professional skills in administration and management. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Background in Accounting is mandatory for this specific role.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
