RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – CONSUMER BANKING @ EQUITY BANK TANZANIA

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar sales role within the banking sector.
Strong understanding of consumer banking products, including loans, savings, and investment options.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
Ability to analyze financial data and provide sound financial advice to consumers.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.
Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client complaints effectively.
Deep knowledge of the Tanzanian banking regulatory environment and compliance standards.
