Key Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field
Relevant experience in specialized banking segments for women or youth
Innovative approach to financial product development
Strong understanding of microfinance and SME needs
Experience in community outreach and empowerment programs
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
Ability to design and execute marketing strategies for target demographics
Proven project management experience
Strong financial literacy and training skills
Deep commitment to social impact and financial inclusion
