Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in banking operations or management
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proven ability in strategic planning and execution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Deep knowledge of banking regulations and compliance in Tanzania
Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and ethical standards
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
