MANAGER - ECOSYSTEM & DIGITAL LENDING @ EQUITY BANK
Equity Bank is looking for a Manager to oversee Ecosystem & Digital Lending. This role involves developing digital product strategies, managing ecosystem partnerships, and overseeing digital credit performance to drive financial inclusion across the region.
The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, monitor digital lending trends, and implement robust risk management frameworks. You will be responsible for scaling digital financial solutions and ensuring they align with the bank's broader strategic growth objectives in Tanzania.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital lending or financial services
Strong understanding of digital banking products
Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Experience with credit risk assessment tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of local banking regulations
