Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years' professional HR experience in a senior or managerial capacity.
Comprehensive knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and regulatory frameworks.
Prior experience working within the construction or engineering industry.
Proven expertise in managing recruitment, performance appraisal, and grievance processes.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for managing diverse workforces.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to advise management on personnel issues.
Certification or specialized training in Labour Law practices.
Proficiency in workforce administration for both office and site-based personnel.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and integrity.
