Epvate & Fortune International Consulting Ltd is currently establishing a new college and is seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to serve as an Admission Officer. This role is pivotal in the founding team, responsible for facilitating the seamless intake of students by managing complex application processes and ensuring compliance with institutional standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in setting the tone for the college's student recruitment operations.
As an Admission Officer, you will work closely with prospective students to guide them through the enrollment process while maintaining accurate records and reporting. You will be expected to demonstrate excellence in customer service, high attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet recruitment targets. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Statistics, Social Work, or Records Management.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in admissions, student services, records, customer service or education administration.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with prospective students and faculty.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and student management database systems.
Demonstrated ability to verify academic certificates and identify documentation discrepancies.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage high-volume application cycles.
High level of integrity in handling sensitive student information and confidential documentation.
Ability to implement institutional admission policies and annual recruitment plans effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
Proven ability to work independently as well as within a diverse team environment.
