epicbr is seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor to join its team in the Lake Zone, focusing on the animal feed sector. This role involves leading and inspiring a dedicated sales team to consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative sales strategies aimed at growing market share and increasing animal feed sales across the region. A core responsibility will be identifying and acquiring new customers and agro-dealers throughout the Lake Zone, while simultaneously building and nurturing strong customer relationships to ensure retention, repeat business, and high satisfaction levels.
The Sales Supervisor will also be tasked with continuously monitoring sales activities, analyzing market trends, and evaluating competitor actions, providing regular, insightful reports to management. They will play a key role in supporting promotional campaigns, efficiently resolving customer issues, and coordinating seamlessly with the logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth operations. Furthermore, providing consistent coaching and guidance to sales representatives will be crucial to improving their individual sales performance and contributing to the team's overall success in the animal feed market.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales, Business Administration, Agriculture Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in animal feed sales, marketing, or business development.
Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team of three or more members.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Lake Zone market and a willingness to travel frequently within the region.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share.
Proficiency in monitoring sales activities, market trends, and competitor actions.
Experience in supporting promotional activities and resolving customer issues.
