MACHINE SALES REP @ EPICBR
As a Machine Sales Rep at epicBR, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing sales opportunities for heavy equipment within assigned areas. Your role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, assessing their specific equipment needs, and recommending suitable construction solutions. You will be at the forefront of the sales process, from visiting customer sites to presenting professional quotations and conducting live equipment demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
Beyond direct selling, you will play a critical role in market intelligence by maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and providing detailed activity reports to management. You will also promote maintenance, parts, and service solutions to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. This position requires a proactive professional who can navigate financial analysis, negotiate complex deals, and travel extensively to meet business objectives across various regions in Tanzania to support organizational growth.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in machinery sales or related field.
Strong knowledge of construction & heavy equipment products, applications & market operations.
Excellent sales, negotiation & customer relationship management skills.
Strong financial analysis & business development capabilities.
Valid driving license with willingness to travel extensively across regions.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales reporting tools.
Ability to perform equipment demonstrations for potential clients.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the construction sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
