CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT @ EPHA HOSPITAL
We are looking for a professional and welcoming Customer Care Assistant to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at EPHA Hospital in Tunduma, Songwe. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing high-quality service. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the front desk, assist patients with registration, and ensure that all inquiries are handled promptly and courteously, reflecting the hospital's values of integrity and excellence.
In addition to front-office management, you will coordinate appointments, manage telephone inquiries, and assist in resolving patient concerns or directing them to the appropriate department. You will play a crucial role in managing the flow of patients and ensuring a positive overall experience within the hospital. This role requires a high level of empathy and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Customer Care, Public Relations, or Business Administration
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swahili and English
Strong interpersonal skills with a helpful and friendly disposition
Ability to handle patient complaints with empathy and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
High level of integrity and confidentiality regarding patient information
Ability to work collaboratively with medical and administrative staff
Neat appearance and professional conduct at all times
