BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (OIL & GAS) @ ELITE ENGINEERING
Elite Engineering, an international EPC powerhouse, is recruiting a Business Development Manager for our operations in Ghana. As we expand our reach, we are looking for a candidate with deep roots in the West African Oil & Gas market who can successfully represent our engineering and procurement capabilities to a diverse portfolio of clients and stakeholders.
You will be tasked with identifying and closing new business opportunities, particularly focusing on the sale of EPC packages, valves, and piping solutions. The role requires a candidate who can maintain strong relationships with contractors and end users while aligning our global objectives with local market requirements. Your efforts will be central to our mission of delivering world-class engineering services to the Ghanaian energy sector.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in the Oil & Gas or EPC industry.
Strong local market knowledge of the Ghana region.
Demonstrated business development and client management skills.
Mandatory proficiency in written and spoken English.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience in selling technical products like valves and piping systems.
Ability to manage complex project sales cycles and high-level negotiations.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and competitor activity.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally for client engagement.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
