BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (OIL & GAS) @ ELITE ENGINEERING
Elite Engineering is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to represent our international EPC firm in Rwanda. As Rwanda continues to develop its industrial and energy infrastructure, we are seeking a professional who can bridge our global engineering expertise with the specific needs of local and regional Oil & Gas projects.
This role involves the strategic development of new business opportunities and the management of relationships with key EPC contractors and industrial end users. You will be responsible for driving the sales of valves, piping, and full EPC service packages. Candidates must be able to thrive in an expanding market, providing the technical and commercial support necessary to win projects and foster long-term international partnerships.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in the Oil & Gas or EPC industry.
Strong local market knowledge of the Rwanda region.
Demonstrated business development and client management skills.
Mandatory proficiency in written and spoken English.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience in selling technical products like valves and piping systems.
Ability to manage complex project sales cycles and high-level negotiations.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and competitor activity.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally for client engagement.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
