MANAGEMENT TRAINEE @ ELEGANSKY MICROFINANCE
ELEGANSKY microfinance is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join our intensive development program. This role is designed to cultivate the next generation of microfinance leaders by providing comprehensive hands-on training across several critical departments, including Branch Operations, Credit & Risk, and Marketing & Customer Service.
As a trainee, you will assist in daily branch activities such as customer onboarding, loan appraisal, and debt recovery. You will be instrumental in engaging with our clients and promoting our diverse product offerings to the community. This position offers excellent exposure to the financial services industry, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and a clear path toward permanent employment based on performance.

Key Requirements
Degree in any business studies
Age below 30 years
Graduated 2024 or later
GPA 4.0 or above from a recognized institution
Strong analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively in a team
Flexibility to work in different branch locations if required
