SALES MANAGER (RSO) @ EIGHT CONTINENTS HOTELS AND RESORTS
Eight Continents Hotels and Resorts is seeking a motivated and well-organized Sales Manager for our Regional Sales Office in London. The primary objective for this role is to drive significant sales and revenue growth for our hotels both within the United Kingdom and abroad. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, identifying lucrative new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with a diverse client base.
This position requires a candidate with a deep understanding of hotel sales dynamics and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments, including marketing, reservations, and finance. You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure our services remain competitive. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Previous experience in a Hotel Regional Sales Office (RSO)
Proven track record of selling national and international hotels
Strong motivation and organizational abilities
Deep understanding of prospecting and lead generation
Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Valid Visa required for foreign applicants to work in the UK
