SALES MANAGER (RSO) @ EIGHT CONTINENTS HOTELS AND RESORTS
Eight Continents Hotels and Resorts is looking for a Sales Manager for our Regional Sales Office in the United Kingdom. This position is central to driving revenue and sales growth for our international hotel portfolio. You will be tasked with identifying new business leads, fostering strong client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies. The role requires close collaboration with hotel management teams to align sales efforts with corporate objectives. Market analysis and performance monitoring are key components of this role to ensure market leadership. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hotel RSO experience and exceptional communication skills to represent our brand in the UK market. You will be responsible for developing a robust pipeline of prospects and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
5+ years of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of motivation and organizational skills
Expertise in prospecting and customer development
Direct experience working in a Hotel Regional Sales Office (RSO)
Experience selling both national and international hotel properties
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and meet sales targets
Proficiency in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Ability to collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams
