HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER @ EEZY GROUP
Eezy Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting our day-to-day HR operations, ensuring that all personnel management practices align with both company policies and Tanzanian labour laws. You will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new talent to overseeing exit procedures, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professional integrity.
In addition to operational HR tasks, the Human Resource Officer will play a key role in fostering a positive organizational culture through employee engagement initiatives, staff welfare programs, and health and safety coordination. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resource Management.
Strong understanding of HR processes, procedures, and internal policies.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
High level of professional integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal communication skills for interacting with all staff levels.
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage HR filing systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
HR professional certification is considered an added advantage for this role.
