Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
Proven experience in consumer or commercial lending environments
Thorough understanding of credit risk scoring methodologies
Ability to analyze business cash flows and market viability
Knowledge of industry-specific market trends within Tanzania
Strong communication skills for presenting findings to management
Proficiency in core banking software and credit systems
Commitment to providing excellence in customer service
Strong quantitative skills for financial data assessment
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
