Key Requirements
Proven experience (5+ years) in leading and executing large-scale digital transformation initiatives within complex organizations.
Deep understanding of the logistics, supply chain, or port operations industry technology landscape.
Expertise in strategic planning, developing comprehensive digital roadmaps, and setting clear, measurable objectives.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and mentoring cross-functional technology and business teams.
Proficiency in organizational change management methodologies and practices.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, capable of addressing both technical and executive audiences.
Ability to define, track, and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for digital initiatives to demonstrate business value.
Relevant degree (Master's preferred) in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and automation relevant to the sector.
Experience managing significant project budgets and resources effectively.
