Dragon Oil Tanzania Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the Pwani Mkuranga region. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, maintaining high-level client relationships, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets for our line of lubricating oils and large-scale mechanical equipment.
This position is ideal for individuals who are driven by results and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for conducting market research, managing contract negotiations, and providing comprehensive after-sales support. We provide extensive product training to ensure our sales team is equipped with the knowledge required to succeed in the competitive industrial equipment market.

Key Requirements
1-2 years of proven sales experience in relevant industrial sectors
Knowledge of Lubricants or Oil & Gas industry products
Experience in Automotive products or motor vehicle spare parts
Understanding of heavy machinery and industrial equipment
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Ability to build and sustain professional client relationships
Proficiency in market research and trend analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Willingness to participate in company-provided training programs
